Shipping Information

• We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days after payment has been received.

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but you will receive a dispatch confirmation once your order has been shipped.

• Shipping Fees:

  • Orders over £99 qualify for free shipping.

  • Orders under £99 will incur a standard delivery charge, which is calculated at checkout based on your total purchase amount and delivery address.

Returns Policy

• We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us before returning any item.

• Returns must be authorised — items sent back without prior contact may not be accepted.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, with any tags or packaging intact, within 14 days of receipt.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (excluding shipping fees, unless the item was faulty or incorrectly described).
